It was spacious, clean, plenty of room to hang clothes and airy. We had use of the lounge and dining room space as well as our bedrooms. We had two toilets we could use. The outside space was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views, plenty of seating and the lovely sound of a water feature. The breakfast was fantastic with warm bread and pastries, lovely selection of ham and cheese, fresh orange juice and good quality cooked food. We were able to eat outside on the terrace which was perfect.

It is a great location, very quiet and beautiful. The place to rest and if you need more activities, just walk 600 meters down to the town.

I can only recommend this accommodation. The locations is marvellous, with a view of the citadel and the cathedral. The house is located slightly above the city, so the view is spectacular, and it's also very quiet and peaceful. Although we came by public transport, it was only a short walk uphill to get there. The room we got had a huge double bed, everything one needs for a stay, and there was also a beautiful dining/living room where one could spend more time if the weather were worse. The minibar with snacks/drinks available for a rather small price was also a welcome detail. The breakfast was very nice and more than enough, with fruit, bread, pastries, cheese and ham, and eggs. Finally, the owner is an exceptional and discreet host. He even went to the trouble of looking for some vegan options (which is hard in the Ardennes region!) and gave us good tips on hikes and sights to visit. We will happily return again.
