Great place to stay. Not far from the city centre. Great view from the window. The host is welcoming and hospitable. The room is flawless with the modern loft design. Great place to stay for vacation.

Absolutely beautiful and clean apartment in calm neigbourhood for such a low price. Just amazing! Plus the host Khachatur he was extremely helpful and really nice.

The price was so low that I was a bit apprehensive, but the apartment turned out to be AMAZING. Super spacious, very clean, and yes, very cheap for what you get. Also the owner was really friendly, he even picked me up from the bus station and brought me back down there. The location is tricky as it is a bit of a walk up there, but nothing beats the price and this nice apartment. Woruld recommend it to anyone!
