This hotel is incredibly unique, with so much attention to detail and individuality in every corner. Natacha, the manager, is a warm, passionate, and inspiring person who showed us that this is much more than just an accommodation – it’s a socially sustainable project driven by real values. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and the entire experience was nothing short of wonderful. We felt genuinely welcome and appreciated every thoughtful touch. Absolutely recommended without hesitation – we would come back any time!

Staying at Durr 32 is a treat not to be missed! The decor and atmosphere are lovely, the owners and staff are attentive and kind, and the rooms and common areas are very comfortable. The hotel is on the main road into Dilijan; the guestrooms are in the back of the building and cascade down the hill toward the river, so it is peaceful. Breakfast is delicious and has many options. Hot water is hot and plentiful. There is heat in the rooms for chilly nights. Location is ideal.
