Did not have breakfast Could not get a table for dinner which I think is not very good as we were staying. I have never experienced a hotel not being able to offer dinner to their guests

The friendliness of the staff, especially the receptionists. They booked a restaurant for us at the last minute and helped charge our electric car even though we arrived late and had to leave the next day.

Our room was very pleasant with a charming view overlooking your garden. Our drink in the bar before dinner was perfect with very thoughtful service and attractive staff Breakfast was fine with good service. The team at the reception desk were superb and extremely helpful as were the staff who met our car and and helped my wife when we left.
