Exceptional stay! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The whole place feels truly luxurious — from the beautifully designed rooms to the spotless cleanliness throughout the hotel. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options that exceeded our expectations every single day. The service was smooth and professional. Everything worked perfectly, and we always felt well taken care of. A special mention goes to Mrs. Sibel – the heart and soul of the hotel. She was always ready to help with anything we needed, with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Her presence truly made our stay even more special. Highly recommended – we would love to come back! Clean hotel, food and drinks were great! The rooms were really nice and had everything you needed. Robe, slippers, pillow menu, iron, hair straightener, soap and conditioner, fridge filled with soft drinks, water, beer and snacks. The room I stayed in was a swim up pool, now it’s on the side of the construction where there is a new hotel being made and the noise isn’t as bad as everyone makes it out to be which was another worry, I’m not sure how it bothers people when you have everyday car noises outside your own house and you hear kids running and having fun in other areas of the hotel. Therefore I wouldn’t let that put you off. I knew booking al Carte was going to be an issue because I done a lot of research prior reading reviews and therefore just ate Al carte for lunch time and dinner ate at the buffet which had so much options and it was great this wasn’t an issue for me as buffet has so much options yes it’s overwhelming but after day 2 you know pretty much what you want to eat. The drinks you can choose pretty much what ever you want, there is a small portion you pay extra for and that’s just for like expensive vodkas, wines, redbull ect which you don’t need to drink unless you really want it because most things are included.They nice enough to create different cocktail if you wish, I found the lobby bar to best do this. The facility is nice, water park so much fun for adults and kids as well and then in the evening they have like 2 rides and bumper cars that opens in the evening for kids and I found it entertaining for an adult. They have adult section swimming pool not heated it was cold but as the days got hotter the pool warmed up and so I was able to swim in it, there are also heated and non heated pools in the community area and I didn’t use the pool where the families are but I’m sure they were heated for the kids. I like that they have these different sections in the hotel.

Our week at Anda Barut was everything we could have hoped for and more! From the warm welcome on arrival, to the food, our suite, the staff, the location, the service and facilities... we had a really lovely, relaxing week. The whole place was absolutely spotless the entire time, with so much attention to detail and thoughtful touches. We were travelling with two older teenage boys, so booked a 2-bed Penthouse Suite with a pool and large terrace. They stayed occupied with jet-skiing, kayaking, volleyball, shooting, tennis, the water park, and they made use of the very well equipped gym every morning. Ultra-all-inclusive was new to us but was brilliant with our sons' huge appetites! Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed having the choice of seating areas for over-16s, which is a thoughtful detail. We tried out most of the restaurants for dinner and Tiger was our unanimous favourite! The Gorilla Bar does an amazing burger-to-order at lunchtime, and the buffet lunch is excellent (we didn't bother to go to any other restaurants for lunch). And then there is the patisserie (which our sons absolutely made the most of!). As well as the incredible array of delicious cakes, tarts, pastries and gateaux - which vary daily - they serve ice-cream, ice-cream-milkshakes and hot drinks. The coffee is REALLY good, and it was a real treat to have 'afternoon tea' every day! ;-) The complex is vast but has been designed into 'zones' to suit every traveller type (which means you really can choose between 'lively' and 'peaceful'), and includes a lovely long walking/running route, along which you can find the beaches, the jetty and a beautiful lookout spot. We are looking forward to returning!

The grounds are absolutely stunning — everywhere you look, there's beauty in every detail. Food and service were amazing of course, just as expected, but to me most impressive was the beauty of the location itself, architecture, interior design and landscaping
