Good cleanliness standard as it could be in old house. Good quality tempur mattresses accompanied by down duvet. Simple breakfast, coffee, tea, some juice, milk, corn flakes and chocolate croissant.

Affordable, good location for me, soft bed, well equipped shared kitchen/facilities. Close to Sainsbury's. Included pain au Chocolat and cereals.
