The property was modern and clean. The room was so spacious and bathroom was immaculate. Outside our room was a water fountain and coffee/tea station free to use for guests which really made a difference. Location was good, just a short walk from the main beach and all the restaurants. The building has the most beautiful sunset views. The owner, Rumesh, went above and beyond to meet all our needs. We had a late flight so he kept our bags so we could enjoy our last day to the fullest. He even offered for us to shower so we’d be fresh for the airport. Rumesh organised our taxi too. Vishwa was really friendly and so helpful with organising bags and places to go and see.

The staff was so incredibly friendly & helpful. Our room & facilities were great & everything was very clean. The place really had a welcoming, homie feel to it & we were so happy to return there after spending time outside. We rented a bike from the property for the full 3 days we spent there, but they can also help you arrange tuk tuks or taxis as you need it. The location was just outside the hustle & bustle of Hiriketiya center, which we prefered because it was still super close & within walking distance. Shower towels & beach towels provided by the property as well.

The recent construction was just completed, and the results are fantastic. We loved the clean, modern rooms, the new yoga rooftop, and the incredible views. Rumesh is a superb host—highly efficient with scooter rentals and full of great local insights. A huge thanks to Rumesh, Vishwa, and Sahan for their genuine hospitality. A highlight was Vishwa bringing us a special local water hyacinth porridge just because we expressed interest in it. Highly recommended!

Rumesh and staff are pleasant. There is an information booklet that they have curated with everything you'd need to know , from the restaurants and supermarkets to where to go if medical attention is required . It also has a contact number for a tuktuk which was very handy and which we used to get to dinner and back. Scooters are also available for hire if required. Loved that we had all the amenities in the bathroom specially bodywash,conditioner and shampoo in generous sizes.Our room was upstairs and had a balcony and I believe it is a bit more private than downstairs. Cleanliness was top.
