Staff: This is a lovely family-run place, and everyone is absolutely wonderful — always smiling, kind, and ready to help with anything. Communication was super easy via WhatsApp: quick, friendly, and efficient. Room: Spacious and beautifully decorated — you can truly feel that everything was made with care and love. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens were clean and fresh. The room also has both AC and a ceiling fan, a mini fridge for your snacks, a kettle for tea or coffee, and plenty of storage space for clothes and bags. Bathroom: Large, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need — toiletries (soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner), towels, a hair dryer, and great hot water pressure. Other: Super-fast Wi-Fi! Amenities: Guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, a washing machine, and a lovely rooftop area.

I had an amazing stay at Hidden Heaven! The whole family who owns the place was so welcoming and kind, which truly made me feel at home. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. A special mention to the owner, who was kind enough to drop us late at night in his car when we couldn’t get a cab such a thoughtful gesture that really shows how much they care for their guests. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Hidden Heaven to anyone looking for a warm and homely stay.

Everything. Welcome drink on arrival. Beautiful rooms. We had a whole area to ourselves with a kitchen including washing up liquid. Use of washing machine for free. First time in 3 weeks we were supplied with a hand towel. They have worked very hard to ensure everything is perfect. Nothing was a problem. Very kind
