It is an older building in need of sprucing up but not as bad as some other reviews suggest. It is on the cheap side and you get what you pay for.

Friendly staff. Clean. We have stayed at many places in Dickinson on our travels. Our go-to was full, so we tried this place. Will be our new go-to.

The staff was wonderful! And the stovetop, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker in the room was really helpful as we were traveling a distance.

Breakfast was available for an additional charge but I did not participate. The rooms were very clean and well kept.
