Everything was good from the checkin with Ayesha, to facilities and amenities in the room. We got a free room upgrade for our anniversary so that was nice. The room was aesthetic, with good views and all ameneties that you would require from a 5 star hotel. Room service dining was really good too. I dont understand why some people in the reviews didnt like the hotel. The adult pool side was really comfortable and nice and clean, great time for sunset. Breakfast was really good too, not sure if they change the menu though.

The staff were extremely polite and warm and went out of their way to provide the best service . Special thanks to Goldie , Bhaskar & Shuvam for the extra care and support they provided . I would definitely go back at some point . Thank you
