Location, on the beach, with all ameniteis , restaurant and great food and staff , 2 nughts stay was the best thing i did., ok ok wifi but whn u go for holidays better to have less connectivity and connet with nature and pristine white sand beach, entire day the cook is available to make food of ur choice. And drinks cocktail.. staffs are attentive and always with a smile.. Excellent property and location is the highlight. Will visit again

Galu Ecolodge is a beautiful place. The main building and cottages are located in a wonderful garden. The private beach is beautiful with lots of shade. It is a quiet place. If you - like me - do not like huge hotels, but like natural surroundings, this is the place. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the restaurant is so good! You can choose from different options for breakfast and I liked it so much that there are other options than eggs and toast (bread with avocado and different extras, smoothis with granola ...). The options for lunch and dinner are equally goo. I had a big room in the main building and liked it very much, the bed was comfortable, the room was cool, the bathroom luxurious, and the big balcony/terrace provides a great view (you can see the ocean) and a roof, so you can even sit outside if it rains. Although sharing this balcony with two other rooms, I had the feeling that I got more privacy than in one of the cottages, where you will have other people on the beach or with the pool right in front of you. But that's certainly more a matter of personal taste. The lodge also helped me to book some activities in advance which were also great. They also arranged the pick-up from Mombasa Terminus and later transfer to Moi international airport.

Right on the beach, bar and restaurant with very good food and drinks at reasonable prices, and cherry on the cake a kitesurfing club for the amateurs !
