Ellamarie Homes is a great place to stay for budget travelers. This starts with the location which is on one of the main roads giving you easy access to shops, supermarkets, banks and a variety of restaurants and eateries either in walking distance or a short Tuktuk ride. Tuktuks constantly ply up and down the thoroughfare and you can hop a ride to the supermarket and malls for 50 cents a person. A ride to the beach will be between 50 cents to 2 dollars depending on which beach you choose. the apartment was adequately equipped to prepare meals and the bed has a mosquito net which I would say is essential on the Kenya coast. The host is very obliging, helpful and with good communication made our stay very pleasant.

All was ok, but outside security/main gate and out side cleaning should be enhanced
