The fine print
Part of the resort (Baobab wing) is closed for renovations until 15th August 2024. However, the Superior, Deluxe and Suites in the Kolekole and Maridadi wings are fully operational, along with the adjacent facilities.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It’s actually 3 hotels so you can find what suits you. One side is quiet and laid back the other end is good for kids and more lively. Food was always fresh and authentic.

The rooms we're exactly as the pictures showed on thebooking.com website They were very clean spacious and comfortable. I think they were upgraded sometime in 2024 but still looked very new and we're very smart I stayed in room 558 which is a garden facing room. The complex is quite large but if you get a map from reception, you can easily navigate around. Room 558 was 2 minutes from the restaurant and bar area, which was also next to three large swimming pools, two of which were Infinity pools. There were more restaurants spread across the site. The food in the restaurant is buffet style with plenty of choice, I never went hungry. This is my first time full inclusive and was pleasantly surprised. Coffee tea drinks available throughout the day with snacks. The evening's entertainment was also a pleasant surprise, Wednesday night had Massai traditional dances and on Thursday they had modern dancing with a youth group about 15 to 20 strong both quite enjoyable. All of the staff were very friendly, they must get exhausted saying ‘jambo’ every time they walk past a guest. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel.
