Location is amazing, very quite and nice getaway, friendly and helpful staff, form the boys at the pool to the hotel administrator Erlin. Helped during the whole stay even when our youngest hit her chin and scratched it provided all necessary means for first aid support.

Exceptional manager: if every apartment had a manager like this, the service would be phenomenal. He was incredibly responsive—tracked down everything we needed, ensured regular cleaning, and even went above and beyond to help us with a personal issue. Truly a standout. Pool & grounds: the hotel’s pool and overall territory are lovely—well-maintained and peaceful. Cleaning: no complaints here; the apartment was cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Parking available: helpful if you have a car (and without a car your experience may be not very convenient) though the driveway is narrow—maneuvering requires some patience.
