Simple friendly quiet accommodation a few hundred metres away from upper Bhagsu main road. It really felt like home from home. Vicky and Ratan are helpful friendly hosts. It is not a ‘hotel’ it is a homestay. The beds are comfy, the linen and towels are clean, the showers are hot and breakfast was amazing (didn’t need a lunch after all that delicious food). The location is quiet and Vicky is protecting that space and loves to chat with the visitors in the evenings and explain about Indian culture. Don’t be surprised if a spontaneous chapatti making workshop happens while you are chatting in the kitchen. I would give it a 10 star rating especially for single travelling women looking for a safe space and some no-pressure socialising in the evenings. Vicky will help you with your luggage from the main road if you send him a text.

A beautiful hidden gem in Bahgsu! A peaceful place behind the main road and a 10 min walk from the waterfall. Vickiy and ratan are such kind and helpful hosts and will make you feel like your right at home 💗. Vickiy is also a very great chef, and I’ve been so grateful for the beautiful food ☺️. kitchen is available to use when you need and the rooms are extra cozy for the cold nights in the mountains. You won’t be disappointed 🥰. Thank you for such a memorable stay I look forward to coming back soon!

The hostel is in a perfect location : in nature but close from everything you need. The bed and room are really comfortable and clean. There's a kitchen so you could cook your own meals. Vicky is an incredible host, very decidated to his customers. He does everything to make you feel at home. I learnt how to cook indian dishes with him and we went to the temple together. I was really sad to leave but I leave come back for sure since I met a friend for life. Thank you again Vicky !
