Called before checking in and confirmed availability of cottage room. Upon arrival, was told it was given to someone else on day 1 therefore, had to adjust in a smaller room (though receptionist provided us with a snack as a goodwill gesture). Was shifted to cottage on day 2, which was in dire need of maintenance. Had to then shift to yet another cottage . Overall serving staff was good but property needs cleanliness and a bit of upbringing. Thanks to the waiters and receptionist who tried to do their best under given circumstances.
