The owner is Supportive and friendly I just Booked Deluxe Room he Upgraded to me Family Room because of my Baby need Hot water thank To Him ……👍 if Seek assistance form them they will make an effort to assist you and 3rd Floor they Got kitchen services you can Cook yourself they assist otherwise you can Oder them they will serve your meal All staff very Friendly Good location very near to North Tower

As it’s a budget hotel at Uttara. They provide Enough facilities . Anyway, there is still room to develope. Overall , Satisfiying experience !

Breakfast was not included. However, not only was breakfast available near the hotel, but also food for the entire day, thanks to the convenient location.

Staff were super helpful and caring. Owner of the hotel was also there and offered us welcome drinks. It’s our first time in Bangladesh and we felt very safe here at this hotel
