Airport pick up included, which was really nice. Hotel is clean and modern. Breakfast was good. Room service was good and with reasonable prices.

Modern and clean. Armchairs in the room. The restaurant was great, excellent food and service. Despite being in the city centre it was quiet. Plenty of rickshaws right outside.

Such excellent service from the beginning with a meet and greet staff picking us up from the airport and taking us to hotel in complimentary shuttle service. Reception staff are very professional and all staff know how to look after their guests, some speaking English fluently. Breakfast was so nice with a variety of dishes and staff assisting in bringing food and drinks when asked. They have a really nice clean swimming pool which we spent every evening in, with a steam room. For those wanting some exercise they have fully equipped gym. They offer a guided tour of the city which was nice for those visiting for the first time in Dhaka. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The managers go that extra mile to make sure their guests are looked after. Can’t wait to go back and will definitely recommend this hotel.
