Location is ok but there's no store or restaurant near it. Breakfast is just normal.

Beware of room changes after you arrive. I booked a room with a balcony, but upon arrival the manager told me the room was no longer available. They then tried to sell me a more expensive room and even suggested that I cancel my Booking.com reservation and rebook directly with them. In the end, I paid for a room with a balcony but was given a room without one. If the room was not available, why was it still listed on Booking.com?

It was a lovely stay in one of these apartments with a lake view. The hotel is relatively quiet compared to the noisy Gulshan district. The numerous hotel staff made the stay very pleasant. The restaurant and the quiet open terrace were a pleasure to drink a cappuccino in the afternoon. From the rooftop you have a lovely view of the city and I was also able to use some of the equipment in the gym from time to time. The manager, Mr. Roy, is a very pleasant person and was always in touch when you needed something, be it an airport transfer, etc.
