IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION Onsite car parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis for AUD$25 per car, per day. Height restriction for our onsite car park is 2.2m. The hotel also has an arrangement with a nearby public multi-level car parking facility, 250m from the hotel on Fenton Way. Guests should first unload luggage and check in at hotel reception (2 Best Street) and our team will give you further information on how to access either of these car parking options.

It was very pleasant and relaxing to take breakfast basking in the sun and appreciating the view across the parklands.

The decor was modern & trendy. The staff at Reception were excellent on arrival & all through our stay. In particular Katie & Cloe were stand outs. They bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable & made allowances for the fact that we were a couple of Dinasos' when it came to 'IT'. The room that we had was extremely spacious & comfortable. Likewise, the staff in the Resteraunt & Bar were amazing. It just goes to show that "You can't beat good old Excellence in Customer Service"! it doesn't cost the company any more money but can earn it a lot more business. Ray your Maintenance Man was also excellent. We had a few little issues with the Toilet Door & the TV Set & he went out of his to get thing right. He even came back into work one night to fix something for us. "He is a Keeper"!

Fantastic location, staff are amazing and make everything really easy. Valet parking and room service are excellent and with plenty of great breakfast options and an awesome restaurant where Ally and her team provide top class service make this our number one location for exploring the northwest of Tassie.
