The hotel also has an arrangement with a nearby public multi-level car parking facility, 250m from the hotel on Fenton Way. Guests should first unload luggage and check in at hotel reception (2 Best Street) and our team will give you further information on how to access either of these car parking options.

Room was very clean, dinner was lovely and turned up rather quickly. View from the balcony is excellent to view the boat leaving and the lights in the park.

Our stay was ok until we got charged again for our stay . We had paid through booking.com site and on checking our credit card we had been charged again for an extra night . I rang Novotel and they said they made a mistake and said they would credit our card . Still waiting . It would have been great if we had been compensated for their mistake . Nothing was offered but the girl I spoke to was very nice . Her name was Chloe .
