The hotel also has an arrangement with a nearby public multi-level car parking facility, 250m from the hotel on Fenton Way. Guests should first unload luggage and check in at hotel reception (2 Best Street) and our team will give you further information on how to access either of these car parking options.

In one of our most difficult moments, your hotel’s team became a guiding light in our journey. Manager Eastban offered warmth and thoughtfulness when we were thrown into panic after our rental car was stolen. He not only assisted us through the situation, but generously allowed us a late check-out so our children could have a safe place to rest. That kind of kindness is rare and deeply appreciated. Receptionist Brooke was equally remarkable. She personally accompanied us to the car rental company to sort things out, and even after finishing her shift, she followed up with us to see how we were doing and did everything she could to help. Her care went far beyond her duties and made us feel truly seen and supported. With more people like Eastban and Brooke, your hotel will surely continue to radiate warmth, energy, and unforgettable hospitality. Thank you for being one of the most beautiful parts of our journey.
