Good location, good room size, fully equipped (micro, stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffemaker, kettle, cutlery etc.) Comfortable large bed, seating area, plethora of tv channels. 15 min walk from train station and same distance from just about everything in Deventer centre. Plenty of eateries and watering holes close by. Very nice vietnamese restaurant diagonally across from Residence

Large clean rooms in a lovely location in the centre of town.

Location was superb, very close to main square and bars/restaurants. Although I didn't make use of the facilities, there was a full kitchenette with hob, fridge etc if needed. I arrived at 1pm and was able to get in room, which was much appreciated after an early start/long journey

Great apartment in the beautiful city of Deventer, everything was alright, the apartment was clean and all what we needed was there, the communication with the owner was simple and all worked fine, we will come back for sure.
