Although there were only minimal staff on site the team were super quick to respond on email to any query. Sabrina was able to resolve an issue (where we had locked ourselves out) for us very quickly..

Comfortable bed, good towels, staff are very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Bus stop nearby, patisseria shop next-door. Street noise blocked by double glazed windows. Very clean
