The location was fantastic, we paid for a lake view room with balcony which was wonderful. The room itself was ok, but the shower didn't stay on the fixing properly, the bed was quite firm which we didn't find very comfortable. No tea/coffee facilities but you can request a kettle at reception for a deposit. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice to suit everyone.

Lovely and very clean hotel with great breakfast and stunning view of the Lake. Only 5 minutes from the ferry port to travel to Sirmione. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, would love to return.
