Small, quiet, lovely & clean. Stayed with my son so it was just a perfect place for us. Breakfast was yummy including very good quality eggs :) We’ve thought we would have missed our breakfast one morning but I’ve phoned the property and the staff were so friendly and waited extra 30min for us before cleared up the breakfast. Staff very present and accommodating. Location was also great as a little bit away from the busy town centre - again perfect if you fancy somewhere a little bit more peaceful. I would happily return to this pace.

We liked everything about the property: the location (quiet and handy for Desenzano city centre & the lake), the beautiful modern decor and comfortable rooms, the impeccable cleanliness and the friendly owners.

Breakfast was amazing with various home baked cakes daily, there was also a cooked breakfast, fruit or cereal. It's near to the lake and a 10 min walk to the centre and the ferry. Also a bus goes near which is handy for going to another part of the lake. The place is modern and spotlessly clean and David the host was very friendly and advised us to try a nearby restaurant which we did this was also very good.
