The hotel is clean and well maintained, including the surrounding area. Parking is ample and conveniently located near the entrance. The room was tidy and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. Breakfast offered a good variety, including nasi lemak, noodles, porridge, salads, a selection of eggs, bread and a coffee machine. The breakfast area also convenient and easy accessable for disable people (OKU) with wheelchair. Check in and check out process were smooth and efficient, with no deposit required upon arrival. This hotel is a convenient for solo travelers or business trips. Its located near the Desaru toll exit, with plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance.

1. No room service 2. Housekeeping - cant have extra towel even we willing to pay 3. Housekeeping - plug for iron wear & tear, dangerous as it is a risk for electrical circuit 4. Frontdesk - new staff need to polish their softskills (clearly can tell she is newbies)

I have been staying at Amansari for years everytime when I'm at Desaru. The staff have been most helpful and have never disappointed me with their services. Also probably having a fantastic leader, Hotel Manager Encik Zambri leading the team. Continue with the good service and will definitely stay here on my future trips to Desaru. Thank you
