the apartment is huge with sitting area and two rooms and kitchen, the place is very calm with beatiful garden perfect for families the staff was helpful and friendly

The host Rosy was very hospitable. The apartment was clean and spacious for a family of three. The apartment was closer to super markets and the train station. So, we parked our car in the apartment and walked every where in Dervio. Also took the train to Varenna and a ferry to all the other towns in lake como from there. The utensils were good for us to cook breakfast and dinner.

The apartment was big and kitchen was fully equipped with all requirements. The host was extremely nice and tried helping as much as she can. The outdoor garden was nice. The location was in a walking distance to the town. The property was very clean.

A recently renovated room, this stay was perfect. The gardens were a delight, unfortunately for us it rained!! Dervio is a working town away from the tourist crowd, but still on amazing countryside. Our welcome on arrival was friendly and professional.

I really enjoyed staying at this wonderful apartment. The staff were excellent and super friendly. I was pleased with the quick access to the lake, which took about 10-15 mins The place was very tidy and spacious

the apartment was very clean, very comfortable, excellent design, it had everything you need for a comfortable stay, we often cooked at home, so it was very convenient that there was a supermarket close to the apartment

The apartment was really spacious, very clean and fully equipped. There was a nice yard outside. From our little balcony we could see a small part of the lake. The residence was near the bakery, super market, etc, of the village.
