The property was within easy reach of Dervio station. The apartment was very well appointed with very modern facilities & equipment. Dervio itself is a quiet, very friendly, non touristy, authentic Italian village with enough local facilities to meet our needs. The local shop keepers were all wonderful especially the fruit & veggie shop. Varenna is easily reached via the local train to allow exploration via the ferries. The host Alessia was absolutely fantastic, her communication right from the point of booking & throughout our stay was exceptional

Great location in quiet area short all to the lake. Close to train. Loved cafe on the lake at the ferry.
