Please note that the airport shuttle service runs until 22:45, with reduced services during Christmas period. At the airport, the shuttle bus leaves from the "departures" floor. Places should be reserved and are subject to availability.Please note, children´s cots are available on request and subjected to availability. A maximum of 1 cot can be accommodated in a room.Please note that the parking facilities are only available for free during your stay.We follow Government's policies in regards to Covid-19, restrictions have been lifted in regards to wearing a mask, or not having to show a sanitary pass. However we've kept in place all the extra cleaning. Free transfer to airport from/to from 5am to 11pmGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. I am very impressed by the dedication with which the hotel staff supports guests in getting to the airport in the early morning. I have not experienced until now that the hotel offered breakfast at 5 am. Special thanks to the driver of the shuttle bus, who even started the course in advance so that all guests arrived at the airport on time. I would recommend to anyone with a very early flight. We felt taken care of.

Breakfast was very good, lots of choice, good stopover for the airport with free shuttle bus every 15 minutes.

Convenient location for airport. Can be accessed via bus from central Bilbao. Shuttle service provided was excellent - every 10 minutes and didn't seem busy - we were able to jump in the minibus instantly and were taken straight away. Breakfast included as is standars for Holiday Inn. Perfectly fine for a one night stay either before or after a flight.
