The staff were so nice and welcoming and helpful especially as one person had to use a walking aid and unfortunately the lift was out of order so they assisted her all the way up the stairs to her room. We were in Derby for a wedding so parked at the hotel and used local taxis which the staff arranged for us. The bed and bedding were very comfy I slept really well. Breakfast was really good and filling I had the English cooked and enjoyed it while my friend had the continental which she devoured. Our stay was very good would recommend and also book again if I'm in the area 😊.

The hotel was very clean the room was nice and clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also had a meal in the restaurant which was really nice the food was delicious and the staff were very attentive.
