The property was well close to the pride park as we attended the Derby graduation 2025.It was also very clean and quite spacious.We were able to park our car comfortably and the property was easy to locate.There was a suitable fridge,TV with WiFi,washer and a cook top. The bathroom having a bathtub and a shower both separately was a blessing!.

The location is great! Especially if you’re going to download festival at Donington park! The drive space is good and the property in general is spacious. The living area and kitchen are the highlights.

Being a family of 4 adults, this house was a good price .it is near Donnington Park race track, which is where we needed to be .
