Staff (Vanessa) was really friendly (except the on-duty Ops manager) and helped us to get what we needed. The room was really nice; really spacious and recently renovated, with a really clean and modern bathroom. Shower had great pressure and included an anti-slip mat. The bed was comfy and there were extra pillows in the cupboard. Breakfast was pretty good, but for some reason there was no milk by the tea-making facilities and we had to go to the cereal station to get it. The hot food was really good though!
