The location is great for going to Download. This was the third time staying in this location, the first since it changed from Penta, and I have decided to stay at a different hotel next year, which seems like it will be better value for money and still very close to the Download shuttle bus service

The room was very clean, probably one of the cleanest we have had. The breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit and beautiful creamy porridge, made better with some Greek Yogurt. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very good for the train station and only a reasonable 10 minute walk into the city.
