It was perfectly located for our family event It was quite comfortable and customer service did all they could under the circumstances (We were leaving a day early but neither the hotel nor Booking.com seemed able or willing to take the second night charge off, though the desk agent said he’d be happy to if Booking ok’d it. Apparently you didn’t)
