What’s not to like … absolutely brilliant host with an amazing property. We didn’t arrive till mid night and the host was more than happy to hand over the keys personally on our arrival. His communication was excellent. I had a few issues with my roaming not working and he offered to take me to a phone shop to sort it out. On the day of the departure I asked for help in booking a taxi for the bus station but he offered and dropped us off for no extra money. Such great and a kind person. Now to the property - it’s brand new. Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony, lounge and the best view is from the main bed room. The room had a TV as well as the lounge. There was so much storage in the bed room with floor to ceiling wardrobe. We didn’t cook anything but there were pots available. The property is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and had 40 steps to climb. This wasn’t an issue for us. The bus stops are 5 mins down the road. We did not have a car but we went to Hercig Novi (blue line 1 bus) and to Kanemari (ferry port blue line 1 bus) a few times. Due to traffic in towns the busses do not run on time but if you have time to spare getting around is not an issue and I am so glad I chose this property which had a bus stop so close by. The pebbly beach was further down across the road. This is quite steep but we only did this twice a day and wasn’t an issue. The beach promenade has lots of bars and restaurants and food and drinks are very affordable and has IDEA mini market. The beaches were very crowded and felt a bit small but if you walk down the promenade you can find plenty of space.

A good location for exploration of Kotor Bay with sea swimming, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Excellent parking and clean and comfortable facilities with a view to the sea. To be recommended!

We are very grateful to the owner of the apartment for his hospitality 😊 The apartment is very cozy, beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the sea and mountains. Everything in the apartment is thought out to the smallest detail, which is very pleasing. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very close, within walking distance there are good beaches. This is the place you want to return to.
