The hotel is in the perfect location, quiet street even though it’s in a great place. Very clean! Staff we interacted in were very friendly. Communal kitchen which would’ve been great if we’d have needed it. Instructions very clear how to check-in

The room was comfortable enough but not as comfy and smaller than I thought it would be, bathroom was great. And i liked the fact that there was a kitchen even though I could not cook there.

Our first time in Denia & wanted to be near the marina & this B&B is in an ideal location; just around the corner from Cervantes Square & within walking distance of some very good restaurants. We booked Room 2 which has a small balcony overlooking the main entrance which is on a quiet back street; we didn't use the balcony as it is February & there was no sun on the street. Check in details were very good but the key to our apartment was a little fiddly - you only had to turn the key 25 degrees to lock which was a little confusing to begin with. We were on the first floor & when you enter, you go in to a shared kitchen/sitting area & then there are doors to other rooms off a corridor. The kitchen area was immaculately clean as was our room & bathroom. We didn't need to contact Meddy, our host, as everything we needed was in the welcome pack or available on arrival. We stayed two nights & didn't realise there would be room service on Day 2, so a thank you to Meddy for the change of towels etc. We were also pleasantly surprised, especially at the very inexpensive cost of the room, that we were given complimentary cava, water & apple juice as well as the usual coffee & tea facilities. We couldn't fault this charming little boutique B&B.

The chap who met us was really friendly and welcoming. We were really lucky to be the onyl people staying out of the 6 rooms available so we had the whole palce to ourselves. Lovely little terrace in our room and all really well renovated its almost brand new!
