The house was perfectly ready for us to enjoy the stay. The facilities were also perfect, calm and enjoyable. The host was great. The location of it is also perfect only a few mins from city centre and 5 min to the beach. Plenty of food places around for paella and nice meats selections.

Very well priced, handy location for the beach, swimming pool and Denia town. Supermarket 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Plenty of local bars in 10 minute walking distance. Very clean. Owner kept in touch making sure things were OK. Which they were.

If you go with kids, it is a perfect place. The house is near the pool. It is great entertained for kids with its 2 slides and the bar at the pool is very handy with a super friendly staff!! All house has air conditioning and Alberto was a great host. Also beach is very close to the house.
