Clean well appointed apt with conscientious host…a perfect 10 day break. The apt was better than the photos. Large ,comfortable, usable , totally private verandah , with a beautiful view and fragrant grapefruit trees and large pool. Inside also , all the amenities we could ask for. Most importantly Maria who met us upon arrival, gave us invaluable information , about the town and area. The convenience … 5 -10 min walk to town center , markets , marinas , was wonderful. , cafes in alleyway across the street , 7-8 Min walk to Tram station (which goes up and down the coast). Special note : on several occasions we needed help and Maria responded immediately. We are lucky to be her first booking on this site. I highly recommend this apt . You will not be disappointed A perfect 10
