A perfectly sited base for us to explore Conwy , Llandudno , Bodnant Garden , Portmeirion , Eryri National Park and Anglesey by car . The property was very clean , the beds were very comfortable , and our hosts Mrs & Mr Owen responded quickly to any requests .

Loved the location and facilities, more than enough room for entertainment. Super clean and the hosts were quick at responding and very nice. secure garden was great for the dogs and sitting outside in the sun was lovely. Enough cooking facilities, pots and pans etc and towels provided. Pillows and duvets very nice. Lovely shower and bath. Loved that it was dog friendly.

Superb location close to venue we were hosting an event. Spotlessly clean and whilst we were only staying for two nights next time we will stay for longer.
