The fine print
The hotel is located in the non-restricted area of terminal 2 on the 5th floor of the south side area. For transit passengers, you will have to go through immigration and enter Taiwan (with a visa if needed) to get to our hotel. To get to the south side area on the 5th floor, take the elevator or the escalator near Counter 22 of Departure Hall on the 3rd floor.Children cannot stay together with adults in a single bed in a male/female dormitory room.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

this is dormitory room, is better to choose the lower decker, easier to access. Definitely u can hear someone snoring. But they provide us the ear plug

The staff especially Amy, she was very nice and courteous. She also gave me tips about what to see, visit and eat in Taiwan. The cleanliness is superb and the convenience being in the airport while waiting for somebody in another flight. I also like the complimentary tea, it was a great experience.
