Good views, comfy beds. Good location next to Chinese and convenience store. Generally clean but dishwasher full of dirty plates. Not enough plates and cups in general though. Washing machine and dryer were also full and in use. Not an issue for us but if you'd been travelling about as we often do and staying in places for one night, you'd still expect to be able to use them. Sofa although very comfy, is too big for the lounge so have to squeeze in through the door to get in.
