Only a few minutes walk from the beach, food places very close to the apartment. The apartment has everything we needed and lovely to sit on the balcony with a drink and watch the bats flying between the trees at night and the birds on the green in the morning. Hardly used the car as everything so close and train journey for a family of four was so cheap to go to exmouth and Paignton and back.

The location was perfect, the apartment was so clean and well equipped. A lot bigger than I initially thought too. Communication was great and no faults whatsoever, would love to book again

I've stayed in many apartments in Dawlish warren over the years and this was by far the best for cleanliness and all you could need for your stay. The apartment was modern and so quiet with a beautiful view from the lounge.
