Guest are requested to inform the hotel of their arrival time.Guests can park their car outside the property or use the garage parking, both at a surcharge.Please note that only 1 pet can be accommodated in each apartment.In April 2026, construction work will begin in the area surrounding our Solaria vacation resort, which will last until the start of the 2026/27 winter season, and extensive road renovations will continue until around the end of juli 2026.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Clean, compact, basic but well thought out accommodation. Pleasant staff and comfortable beds. Good power shower, coffee maker / hot water provider (NB - it is not Nespresso compatible so do not bother bringing Nespresso pods - the previous occupants of our studio had done so and got one stuck in the machine!) Amplw storage space for clothes for two people for a ski break. Good WiFi. Quiet location.

Great service and solution. I stayed mainly for skiing and watching the Spengler Cup of hockey. The studio was very compact and had everything we needed. From a small kitchen where we could have breakfast to a ski room where we could leave ski (and hockey) equipment, as well as parking (upon request). Also the location of the apartments was a 10-15 non walk from the lifts for Parsenn, one of the two main ski areas of Davos, and there was a shuttle every morning to Jakobshorn, the other main ski area. All in all a great place where to stay in Davos.

Very clean, modern, somewhat close to the ski lifts. The facilities for storing ski equipment is great, and they let us keep our luggage there too!
