Perfect location – close to all the facilities at the same time peaceful and quiet. Building looks modest from the outside but gains on closer acquaintance. Very good layout, lift to the garage and garage itself is a great value especially on a snowy day. Apartment was very well equipped and comfortable and, most of, all perfectly clean. Very good communication with the host - clear information on the apartment, accessories, how to collect keys and ect. it was very helpful. Last but not least - welcoming wine - much appreciated! I will definitely consider Parsennresidenz when I am next in Davos.

The apartment was on a quiet residential road with some views to the mountains along the Landwasser valley. It's the first time that we have stayed in Davos and it was a lovely area. Definitely off the tourist trail outside the skiing season.
