Hotel Overview

The Hotel Waldhuus is located on the edge of the woods, next to the 18-hole golf course, and offers Grisons-style rooms, fine cuisine, and a large spa area. Its restaurant Waldhuus specialises in Swiss cuisine and is considered to be among the finest in Davos.
The 700 m² wellness area offers a large fitness room, a 180m² indoor pool, several sauna facilities, a steam bath, a solarium, massage services as well as a lovingly designed relaxation room.
All rooms and suites welcome you with warm inviting tones and feature a flat-screen TV, minibar, coffee machine, and bathroom.
Extra-large family rooms, a childcare service, a playroom, a common room for teenagers, a mini golf course, a playground, and many other amenities for younger guests are available at the Hotel Waldhuus. The Kids Club is for children aged between 3 and 10.
Cross-country ski runs and hiking trails begin right outside the hotel. In winter, the complimentary shuttle service takes you to the Jakobshorn and Parsenn cable cars.

The big executive rooms are furnished with 2 single beds or a large double bed and come with a balcony or a terrace overlooking the village or the golf course. Additional amenities include a work desk, an armchair, free WiFi, a minibar and a Nespresso coffee machine also providing hot water. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. Please note that the room rate is based on 2 guests. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests (see Hotel Policies).

The spacious superior rooms are furnished with 2 single beds or a large double bed, an armchair, a work desk and a balcony or a terrace with views of the village or the golf course. The rooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. All rooms have Nespresso coffee machine also providing hot water, free WiFi and a minibar. Rooms for disabled guests with a large shower are available as well in this category. Some superior rooms can be connected to another superior room or an executive room. There is no capacity for extra beds in this category.

The spacious junior suites are all furnished with 2 joined single beds and a loft bed for children up to 14 years old. The rooms are 38m² in size and come with a balcony or a terrace, a separate living and bedroom. The rooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub or a shower tub. All rooms feature a Nespresso coffee machine also providing hot water, free WiFi and a mini bar.

The top-floor senior suites are furnished with 2 single beds or a large double bed and are 55 m² in size. They have a balcony, a living and a bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a bath, a shower and a toilet, an additional toilet and a sofa bed. Further amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine also providing hot water, free WiFi, and a minibar.

Classic rooms are furnished with 2 joined single beds, a desk and a chair. They have a balcony or a terrace with views over the village or the garden. The rooms are equipped with shower or a shower tub. All rooms have a Nespresso coffee machine also providing hot water, free WiFi and a minibar. Please note that extra beds are not available in this room type.

These executive triple rooms come with 2 single beds or a large double bed plus a third single bed in a niche. They are 33 m² in size and come with a balcony or a terrace overlooking the village or the golf course. They are equipped with a shower and a bathtub and feature a Nespresso coffee machine also providing hot water. Free WiFi and a minibar are available as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy mountain hotel. It has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and family-friendly. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. The location is excellent - just a short distance from the ski lifts, the cross-country skiing center and the center of Davos.

Facilities are great, but what makes the hotel really special is the staff, they are awesome. It is the 2nd year we go with the family for a week and I totally recommend it. It is perfect for families.

The property is a true jewel in Davos, the staff is so attentive to every needs that is a rare quality those days. In particular I would like to make a mention to Moriz, the GM, working non stop to accommodate every needs and energy request with a smile. I will keep returning as long as I could….
