The location was exactly what we thought- a lovely quiet village . Staff were friendly and the pub downstairs is really lovely . Buzzing with locals and although there isn’t food on Mondays (wish we had known when booking ) however the staff let us order in Chinese and have it in the pub which was great ! The room was lovely - comfy beds and lots of space !

Very quiet location and great nights sleep, friendly local pub. Family room was very spacious and comfortable. Help yourself buffet continental breakfast (cereal, toast etc) but option there for cooked if required - we didn’t see anyone on the morning and helped ourselves.

The atmosphere in the pub was lovely with many locals, and a very friendly atmosphere. Room was spacious and a very comfortable bed

We were using the Plough as a base to sleep in over Xmas as my brother in the next village had run out of room at his house. Just the job for that. Room was comfy and access when the pub was closed was easy. The DIY breakfast was adequate for a hot drink and bit of toast before we left each morning but don't expect too much. Real ale in the bar was top notch!

We have stayed before so knew what to expect and we weren't disappointed. Dinner was really nice, the room had everything we needed and breakfast was excellent.

We had an evening meal which was very good and good value for money, with a wide range to choose from on the menu. Checking in was really quick. The staff were all so very friendly and helpful. Large comfortable bed, good shower. We had the complementally breakfast which came with the price of the room, very nice and plenty of it. Plenty of safe parking at the rear of the pub.
