I selected this place primarily for its ideal location and the wonderful amenities it offers, especially the convenience of having a washing machine and well-equipped kitchen. The condo's proximity to Abreeza Mall and Victoria Plaza, as well as its location in front of the Redemptorist church, surrounded by various restaurants, local eateries, and a bakery, made it a perfect choice. The balcony was a delightful feature for us. We cherished spending time there, appreciating both the cityscape and the view of Samal Island. The bed was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my 6-foot-tall husband, a concern that's often tricky to address when finding suitable accommodations. We were especially grateful for the electric fan in the unit, which we preferred over the air conditioning. Additionally, the complimentary Wi-Fi and Netflix provided entertainment, and the presence of a swimming pool and gym in the building added to the overall convenience. For those interested, the owner can guide you through the registration process for these facilities. Please note there's also paid parking available in the building. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, mainly due to the location's accessibility to various parts of the city. Furthermore, the owner was incredibly helpful and responsive, always ensuring our comfort and ready to assist with any concerns. We truly appreciated the hospitality and care extended during our stay.
