A quiet room with a view , a comfortable bed , friendly staff , and walking distance from 2 shopping malls and the immigration office .

Very clean, cozy and comfortable apartments. Everything feels like new. Amazing apartment equipped with everything we may need, including a washing machine which is not very common to see. The girls at the front desk are amazing. Always smiling, always friendly and ready to help. Excellent customer service. The apartment itself is very big and specious. There is AC in the living room and another one in the bedroom which creates enough comfort in the hot Philippines days. The location is really good, literally next to Abreeza Ayala Mall where we can find everything we need including plenty of different restaurants. The city center is also near and you could get there simply by walking if you fancy a short walk. The airport is also within 30 - 40 minutes away, it depends on the traffic. Excellent value for the money and highly recommend.

I booked two units for my friends. The facility is clean and has ample space for everyone. The staff is extremely professional and efficient. My friends and I have had an amazing time. We can highly recommend the place.

One bedroom apartment was nice size, rain shower was lovely, nice homey feeling and view from window, location right next door to Abreeza Mall.
