The fine print
The Property is only reachable via boat, departing daily from Jebel Dhanna Jetty to Sir Bani Yas Island at 12:00, 15:00, 18:00 and 23:00. The boat departs daily from Sir Bani Yas Island at 9:00, 13:00, 16:00 and 20:00.
For stays over 31 December, there will be a compulsory Gala dinner supplement of AED 1,299 per adult and AED 649 per child (6-11 years).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The villa was beautifully designed and clean. Khalid, who took us on our safari, was so knowledgeable and kind - a wonderful guide. Shune, who took care of us for most of our time, was also very sweet and kind.

second time within a month staying in this property . Everything was excellent.. the weather is too hot and humid obviously due to the summer season however, the pleasant and cordial attitude of staff made it very cool, i should say

Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and arranged a lovely gluten free welcome cake for my partners birthday. Lovely individual villas, well designed and very well appointed with private terrace and pool area overlooking natural landscape with sand gazelles roaming

The hotel is ideal for outdoor activities. I have tried the SPA and had an amazing Thai massage with Noi. So relaxing and beautiful views. The staff was very friendly and helpful with bookings and transfers.
