The accommodation is serviced weekly. Please be advised, urgent works on the outdoor swimming pool will commence on the 17th of April 2023 and will be completed approximately on the 17th of May 2023. Construction will begin from 09.00 until 5.00pm Monday to Friday and the initial phases of the project will involve jackhammering. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Good location and great view of the harbour. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with harbour view which had plenty of space. Reasonably well equiped kitchen for quick meals.

This hotel is perfect when visiting Darwin as it is central to the town and to the sea front. We stayed in an apartment and requested a harbour view which we got. The Reception staff were very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Darwin. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would certainly stay in this hotel when I visit Darwin again.

Great stay, apart from the 2am wake up fire alarm going off. The window to the bedroom in 612 was green and mouldy. It didn't cause issues but was unsightly. Also behind the curtain is some dried up leak from the ceiling. Loved the soaps in the bathrooms. And the bed was comfortable.

The mantra is in a great position, close to park and Coles and walking distance to everything really. The apartment is a great size and I love that it has a balcony to sit on and view the harbour. It is a little tired and could use an update. The windows are absolutly filthy and for a harbour view room that is disgusting as you pay extra for the view I would have appreciated if Booking.com could have told me that the front of the hotel is being painted and lot of noise, a discount on room price would be justified. dont get the city view rooms the hotel backs onto back packers and this is rocking day and night. you do not hear this from the harbour view rooms. Staff were very accomodating with extra towels and blankets as the hotel has very good air con. Bed was reasonably comfortable but I think all the furniture needs replacing it is very well used.

Position is perfect we loved looking over the harbour. King bed with good pillows and sheets. Tv in bedroom and kitchenette was fab
