Please note: this is the Novotel airport hotel that is looking after ibis guests while ibis undergoes renovations. I don’t realise this at the time trying to find the ibis but Novotel staff made me feel incredibly welcome. And the 24 hour shuttle service is outstanding.

The staff were excellent. A floght delay meant a very, very late check in and the staffe ensured that I was driven by a staff member in a mini bus to my room in a very far flung section of a very large complex. As an older person, just turned 75, they helped me with my luggage even though it wasn't all that heavy. I really appreciated that extra effort.
